The process, step-by-step

Apply online

To get started, simply complete our easy application form. It takes about 42 seconds (we timed it) and you’ll be on your way. After submitting the form you’ll receive an email from me directly where you’ll have the option to book a meeting directly in my calendar at a time that’s convenient for you.

Get your custom solutions

The discovery phone call takes as little as 15 minutes or as long as you need. I’ll ask some questions in order to learn more about your situation and goals, then we’ll discuss your available options. If you want to move forward, I’ll send you a checklist of documents I need to send your application to the lender.

Lock in your approval

Once you provide the documents my team can typically have an approval within 1 business day. Depending on the situation a property appraisal may be required, but don’t worry – I’ll order the appraisal, manage the approval and keep you in the loop.

Fund your mortgage

A bit before your completion date you’ll meet up with your lawyer, who will explain the legal terms and manage the money transfer. If you need the mortgage in less than 30 days from the time of application, please let me know upfront so I can plan accordingly.
